No matter how many interviews we have attended there is always something we can learn.      Personally I have had over 30 jobs and obviously must have attended over 30 interviews !!    PLUS all the jobs I didnt get.   LOTS!                                                                Its actually beneficial to try for jobs you personally don’t think you will get as you will not be under stress   but will learn a LOT  from the questions you are asked and if there is more than one interviewer you will get introduced to tactics employed by two or three SKILLED interviewers.          If you have attended such an interview your EGO will not be deflated by the letter of NON- employment as you expected this , but if you did a write-up after the interview you have a valuable document of possibly new questions to prepare for,       plus the exposure to expert interviewers…………….tonyarm.
